Q: I'm a vegetarian. How do I know if the pills I am taking are vegetarian too? A: You need to check the label. Most tablets are vegetarian unless they contain a "glandular" (an animal extract). All capsules are usually made of gelatin(which is derived from animals), unless they use "veggie caps" (which are derived from veggies). If it is still unclear you can contact the manufacturer or the distributer. |
This is a very common question. If you do find a capsule that is made of gelatin and everything else is vegetarian, you can always take the supplement out of the capsule and put it in some juice or a smoothie.

Q: I really like your information, and I want to find a Doctor that will help me pursue it. How do I locate one in my area? A: We have a professional website pchoiceline.com We have many alternative health practitioners that are familiar with Dr. Easley's products, and some of them even have his diagnostic system Medipoint. Check this website for a list of health practitioners in your area. You may need to travel to find one for now. Otherwise you can contact an alternative practitioner in your area, and share this website with them, and see if they are interested in helping you with this information. |
The first step to getting healthy is to find a great practitioner that can take you there. Finding a good one can sometimes be tough. Don't give up! There are gems out there! Ask your friends and acquaintances! Share this site with your health practitioners, so they can be aware of these treatments, and perhaps pursue them with you. |

Q. When is the best time to take my pills? A: Most vitamins and minerals and fat digesting enzymes should be taken after meals. Supplements, protein digesting enzymes, and antioxidants should be taken before or between meals. Please consult your health practitioner for your personal recommendations. |
Sometimes you reach your optimum time of supplement taking in stages. First things first. You gotta take them on the DAY you're supposed to! Then when you get that down, work on the frequency throughout the day that you're supposed to take them. Then when you have that down, you can refine your habits with the timing before during or after meals. |

Q: How does Dr. Easley come up with his psychological information? I've never heard of the of the body/mind correlations before. A: Starting in the early 70's, he would identify symptoms, and then try to match them with the associated organ or endocrine. Over time he would clarify the symptoms, until patterns started to develop. He continually refines the symptom patterns, even today as he works in the clinic. Originally he was inspired by this concept from the book "The Glands Regulating Personality" written by Louis Berman M.D. |
Okay so I was thinking about how Dr. Easley is so darn brilliant... And I came up with this formula.1. He is fearless. He is not afraid to push the limits and go out on a limb. He is not afraid to try the untested, unpopular, and or unexplored.2. He is dedicated. He sticks to it, even through years without encouragement, commiseration or results sometimes! He lives and breathes it every day.3. He is observant. He doesn't miss a trick. He listens to and watches EVERYTHING and tracks it meticulously.4. He is curious. Why, why, why? What what what? How how how? He wants to KNOW what is going on. Where it comes from, where it can go, how we will get there. What is working, what isn't, and he is not afraid to ask questions when people get results elsewhere.5. He is intuitive. He listens to his intuitive promptings. He follows them and he communicates them. Many patients think he is psychic. He has moments like everybody else. But it is the combination of all of these traits that make him BRILLIANT!After Dr. Easley read this - he informed me that the real formula for brilliance is: fear and desperation! HA!

Q: I want to learn what Dr. Easley does and how he does it. How can I learn this? A: We are working on a DVD instructional package for learning how to use a brand new internet accessed diagnostic system. The most important pre-requisite that Dr. Easley recommends is a thorough knowledge of physiology. |
There are a lot of people that are requesting this. We are very excited about creating a training program! We are also excited about the new internet-accessed diagnostic system. We are focusing on this website and it's content first, and then when we have a bulky site full of juicy information, we will turn our focus on this important project. |

Q: How often are treatment programs required? A: Its important to remember that an effective treatment will begin working within the first week. In general within a month a new symptom pattern will develop. In this case monthly evaluations are good. If the initial treatment helps but is not complete then you should be evaluated every two weeks, and then every month, until acceptable stability has been attained. For maintenance you should be evaluated every two months. |
When I first started seeing Dr. Easley as a patient my visits were every six weeks. I was based in Paris, France as a flight attendant at the time, and I would rent a car on my San Francisco layovers and drive up to my appointment with him. I used to think that he had me spaced so far apart because of where I was traveling from, but now I realize that six weeks is a nice gentle interval of time when you are working slowly to build a healthy foundation. I would have about four basic supplements and sometimes a homeopathic. Now my evaluations vary from every week to about 6 weeks depending on what is going on with me.

Q: How will I know if my treatments are working? A: If a treatment is effective the symptoms will begin to improve within a few days. There should be a reduction in the symptoms. Determining the duration of your treatment will involve how long that you have had the symptoms, and how well you follow the treatment program. Generally newer conditions require less time, and older conditions usually require two to three months to get under control. Three to four subsequent evaluations will be needed to refine the treatment. |
Happiness and relief of symptoms are the things to look for! If I happen to aggravate I usually stop my treatment and get re-evaluated. It's amazing how some symptoms that aren't related to the things that are being treated can go away! Its just an added benefit! If that happens then you know something is working! The goal is to not compromise one area at the expense of another. So use your intuition and talk with your alternative health practitioner! |

Q: Will I have to take supplements for the rest of my life? A: If you have the opportunity to live in a perfect environment with out any stress and eating the perfect foods (organic heirloom) and the purest spring water in the perfect amounts, you may only require a minimum amount of supplements 2 -3 times a week. If however you are living in the real world where there is stress, red lights, electromagnetic stimulation, compromised foods, irate bosses, tight schedules, tight pants, the "agony" of love, and sufficient amounts (or lack) of libation to escape the entire the mess, then yes you will need to take supplements on a regular basis. The quality of air, water and food usually will not meet the demands of a stressed physiology in modern day life. |
Hey it's VERY stressful trying to put on tight pants!!! But then again living life fully can be well, AAAAHHH! I love how they say it so poetically in the movie "Yes". There is a scene when the aunt is on her deathbed and she is talking in her head about life and how it is messy, and it should be messy because then you know that you are really living! Yes! |

Q: Why can't I just eat good food instead of taking supplements? A: A healthy diet is the foundation to any health program. If your healthy diet is composed of 100% organic heirloom foods and sufficient amounts of quality proteins it is still not enough to meet the demands of continual environmental insult. We are bombarded by microwaves and a myriad of other stress factors. There are chemicals in the air, water and food. Each one of these insults increases our need for proteins, antioxidants, and specific nutrients. Getting good food is almost impossible these days, and the way it is prepared easily compromises its nutrient quality. Therefore natural supplements are key to a healthy diet program. |
I take A LOT of supplements! When I travel I like to have a bunch of things with me just in case stuff comes up! It is pretty funny to see the looks on people's faces when they see my portable natural apothecary. My idea is that you can nip things in the bud and avoid all sorts of inconveniences by taking the right thing at the right time! |

Q: What are the general supplements that I should be taking most off the time? A: A combination of two or three of the following: goji berries, acai, nutritional yeast tabs, gelatin capsules, small amounts of organic veggie juices, amino acid capsules, electrolytes, and a low potency natural multiple vitamin (one that meets 100% of the daily requirements and no more) Remember more is not better. Use moderation and practice balance. |
My favorite snack is dark chocolate with goji berries. I like to pick out the chocolate separately and add the plain dried goji berries to it. This seems to have a much better taste than the chocolate covered ones that you can find... Of course now I am currently cut-off of chocolate because I have partaken too much of its goodness. It has fueled many a night recently while I write away and organize this great site. Too much also strips the body of vital nutrients, and I need to replenish and reduce. Darn! |

Q: Its hard for me to take pills. Is there an easier way to take them? A: One way to do it, is to put a pill on a spoonful of applesauce. Another way to do it is to grind them up with a mortar and pestle and stir them in a drink or a smoothie. My daughter Rio takes her pills on applesauce. When they are chewables that she doesn't want to chew, I grind them up and mix them with applesauce. A fun way to get your kids to have a little protein and nutrition, is to make smoothies and open up some capsules from some of the basic supplements. I use Free-Form Aminos (pchoiceline.com) and Electrolyte 2 (pchoiceline.com). I combine it with a small amount of organic apple juice, frozen organic bananas and raspberries, some rice milk, and a bit of egg white protein powder and they love it! |
